Our company obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification in May 2002 and established a fundamental environmental policy to promote environmentally conscious activities within our corporate operations. As part of these efforts, we conduct annual in-house training programs focused on environmental themes.
Reduction of Environmental Impact Substances
Currently, in response to global environmental protection and precautionary principles, regulations on environmentally hazardous substances (WEEE, RoHS, ELV) mandate the manufacturing of products that do not contain specific hazardous materials. In line with our environmental policy, we are committed to the following three initiatives:
- Proper management and maintenance of chemical storage quantities.
- Transition to alternative substances for chemical materials.
- Efficient resource utilization and waste reduction.
Activities to reduce CO₂ emissions
1. We are using LED fluorescent lamps to reduce electricity consumption and CO₂ emissions. In the future, we will continue to expand the use of LEDs.
2. Use inverter air conditioners to reduce electricity usage.
3. Reduce electricity usage by installing solar cell systems.
Strict Wastewater Treatment Management
In our plating process, heavy metals and other substances are used in the plating solutions. Therefore, wastewater quality standards are regulated by the Sewerage Law. To ensure strict compliance, we have established independent standards and enforce rigorous wastewater management through a 24-hour monitoring system
